Record snow – where were we when…

MPR, at the Updraft blog, has a list of the record snow storms in Twin Cities, with the recent “Dome Buster” storm ranking fifth on the list. You can also see the Dome collapse there.

I thought it might be fun to remember where I was when the storms occurred.
