I am amazed at the goodness of God today that I should be sitting in my chair at home less than 40 hours after having a heart attack, thanking God for his goodness over the past two days. One artery to my heart was completely blocked, but in a little more than 90 minutes after getting to the hospital they had it opened up.
Thank you for your prayers! God gave peace, patience, endurance throughout the whole ordeal. He provided all along the way examples of his grace, especially in allowing me to go home last night and sleep. Thank you to those who were able to be with my wife during surgery, for visits and phone calls, but most of all for your prayers. It felt like the amazing church in Philippi that we have been learning about over the last few months! I covet your prayers through the coming days of recovery and renewed ministry.
